Pualani’s Hula Studio has been located in San Diego, California since 1976. Our mana’o is to teach respect for the dance, the history and the culture of Hawaii. Hula is not just a dance, it is a lifeline; the heart and soul of a very vibrant and beautiful people. Hopefully we can share this with our haumana (students) and continue the love and knowledge that was instilled in us.

Pualani’s Hula Studio is the entry point for all incoming Hula and Tahitian dance students. The program at the studio gives the student a basic understanding of the steps and mechanics of the dance forms. When students are ready, they perform at various events and functions throughout the year, including the Del Mar Fair.
